Board Minutes
The 13-member Executive Board that governs AFS meets twice a year: in the spring at the AFS office, and in the fall at the annual meeting. Official minutes record the Board’s actions at these meetings. They are not full descriptions or transcriptions of the Board’s deliberations. The minutes from a particular meeting are formally approved by the Board at its next meeting. Once approved, minutes are posted here.
