Google Seeking User Experience Researcher with Skills in Ethnographic Methods

Google’sUser Experience Researcher in Product Inclusion position will bring an inclusive lens to product development by creating an understanding and empathy around the diversity of user needs. To do so, the User Experience Researcher will conduct primary research and explore the behaviors and motivations of our users through methods like field visits, ethnography, surveys, usability testing, and logs analysis. The position will also include synthesizing and incorporating existing literature on diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), as well as interview scholars and experts to inform research, design, and product development efforts.
