Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies is offering a paid Summer 2023 internship this year to work with their Arts & Cultures domain. The deadline is Feb. 3, 2023.
kpCompanies is leading the search for the Program Graduate Intern Arts & Cultures. The purpose of this internship is to support the Arts & Cultures Program Team with field research, sector scan, planning, and grantee engagement activities in support of refined strategy work. Oversight for this internship will be provided by the Arts & Cultures Domain Program Director. Mentorship will also be provided by the Program Officers of the Domain.
The internship will be a hybrid format. In each five-day workweek, the intern will be expected to work from MACP’s Eden Prairie, Minnesota office three days per week, and may elect to work remotely the other two days of the week. This role will entail a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2023.
MACP has identified a salary range of $32-35/hr for this role. Actual starting salary of candidate will be commensurate with years, breadth, and depth of relevant experience, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
