November Fellowship Deadlines for the Institute for Citizens & Scholars

The Institute for Citizens & Scholars, formerly the Woodrow Wilson National Fellowship Foundation, is still accepting applications for a number of programs.

Since its founding 75 years ago as the Woodrow Wilson Foundation, the Institute for Citizens & Scholars has prepared new generations of citizens by opening doors to higher education, supporting visionary thinkers, scholars, and teachers, and creating thoughtful innovations in and beyond education. The institute aids the young people to gain a deep understanding of our history, culture, government, institutions, and current affairs from diverse sources and perspectives.

Citizens & Scholars fosters future generations of informed, engaged, hopeful citizens who reflect the diversity of our democracy. They leverage and connect Fellows in their vast networks in the continued creation of a diverse knowledge base and fostering of a robust exchange of ideas.

Each Fellowship program is a part of a long tradition of Citizens & Scholars investing in the best and brightest people and ideas. They offer a variety of Fellowships for leaders and scholars across multiple disciplines.

Each program has its own eligibility requirements. Fellowship programs typically recruit once a year and provide funding to individuals, institutions, or organizations. Additionally, they offer tips for applying for fellowships and funding.
