Oregon Business Development Department Seeks Public Art and Artist Programs Coordinator

Business Oregon, the agency that houses the Oregon Arts Commission, is currently hiring a Public Art and Artist Programs Coordinator. This position will administer the statewide Percent for Art in Public Places program. This involves working with artists, architects, state agency representatives, educators, heads of institutions, contractors and the general public. This position is also responsible for policy and education related to Oregon’s Percent for Art in Public Places program and collection. Additional duties for this position include leading visual arts grants management and activities of the Commission, public speaking, technical assistance, serving as a resource for artists, and providing information on topics related to the visual arts or Arts Commission programs.
