Tennessee Folklore Society Annual Meeting

The Tennessee Folklore Society is accepting proposals for its 2022 annual meeting, scheduled for Saturday, November 12, 2022, at the new Tennessee State Library and Archive adjoining Bicentennial Mall in Nashville. Submissions are due by Saturday, September 17, 2022.
This will be the society’s first in-person gathering since the 2019 annual meeting.
The society welcomes proposals for presentations on subjects related to the folklore of Tennessee and neighboring states.
Applicants should submit an abstract of 300 words or less and include the presenter’s name, contact information, title/topic, and list of equipment needed for the presentation. A committee will select a limited number of papers for inclusion on the agenda and each presentation should be approximately 30 minutes in length.
