University of California, Berkeley Seeks Assistant Professor of Arctic Studies

The University of California, Berkeley’s Scandinavian department is seeking applications for an assistant professor of Arctic Studies with an emphasis in Indigenous Studies. Submissions are due by October 17, 2022.

The successful applicant will be able to contribute to a comparative model of Nordic scholarship. In addition, the department has interest in a candidate with expertise in at least one of the following fields: Cultural History, Film and Media, Environmental Humanities, Gender Studies , and/or Post-Colonial Studies.
