The Association of Canadian College and University Teachers of English (ACCUTE) has announced that its 2026 conference will take place as an in-person conference (with some hybrid options) at Concordia University in Montréal, 4–7 June 2026.

ACCUTE is now accepting proposals for Member-Organized Panels, Joint-Sponsored Panels, and Creative Writing Panels for the 2026 conference. Separate calls for Member-Organized Workshops and Individual Papers will follow at a later date.

ACCUTE is particularly interested in proposals for Joint-Sponsored Panels, which are most often initiated by an ACCUTE member who is also a member of a collaborating association. These panels usually consist of 3 papers for a 1.5 hour slot, but alternate formats are welcome, too, so they can be roundtables, workshops, whatever is most desirable for those organizing the panel.

The deadline to submit panels is Friday, 11 September 2025.
