Mid-Atlantic Arts Seeks Program Director of Creativity in Community

Mid Atlantic Arts is excited to welcome an enthusiastic Program Director, Creativity in Community to join their organization. Reporting directly to the Director of Programs, this role oversees and develop new initiatives that center creativity, justice, and community building. In this role, you will work with artists, creatives, arts managers, and arts organizations to advance equity in the arts through grantmaking and collaborative new programming. You will coordinate the review of applications, the setup of capacity building workshops, administer grant awards to selected organizations, and help create peer networks among grantees. This position is currently funded through 2025 with the possibility of an extension. 

The Program Director of Creativity in Community is a full-time position. The salary range for this position is $72,000 – $75,000 commensurate with experience. This is a Hybrid/Remote position (Preferred: Baltimore/DC Area)

This position offers a dynamic hybrid/remote work arrangement, allowing you to strike the perfect balance between professional excellence and personal well-being. Candidates must reside in the Mid-Atlantic region. The region includes New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, District of Columbia, the US Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico. While we welcome talent from the Mid-Atlantic area, there is a soft spot for candidates in the vibrant Baltimore/DC area.
