The Chair of Science, Technology and Gender Studies (STGS) at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg invites the public to participate in its next guest lecture, by Linda Marie Richards, titled “An Auto/Ethnography of Human Rights and Nuclear Wrongs.” It will take place on July 28, 2022 at 6:00 P.M. CET.

Richards’ work asks how eugenics, white supremacy, and nuclear pollution are related to human rights and the climate crisis, and where the United Nations, radiation, and the work for human rights regimes fit in. These are questions that drive her research in the forthcoming environmental humanities book on Human Rights and Nuclear Wrongs for West Virginia University Press’s Energy and Society series.
