2024 Annual Meeting Preliminary Program Is Available Now!

Wonder what will happen at the 2024 AFS Annual Meeting online and in Albuquerque? You can browse the Preliminary Program now to see what is being planned! Please note that the schedule is subject to change. We’re still working on developing programming that we look forward to adding throughout the summer.
This year, we will gather online and in Albuquerque, NM over November 6-9, 2024, with some hybrid concurrent sessions, live-streamed events, and recordings after the fact. The in-person and hybrid programs of the society’s 136th Annual Meeting will be held at the Albuquerque Convention Center and the DoubleTree by Hilton.
One week later, on November 18-19, we will gather virtually through our conference platform for panel sessions, a special virtual poster session, networking opportunities, and special programs.
We sent a message to everyone who submitted a proposal regarding the decisions of the review committee Tuesday, May 28. If you submitted a proposal and didn’t receive a response yet, contact us at annualmeeting@afsnet.org.
Need a PDF of the program to submit your travel forms? Here’s a draft of the program exported September 12:
We will periodically post new drafts in PDF on the 2024 Annual Meeting page, and you can find real-time edits reflected online.
