DYK: AFS Members Can Get Involved Through Committees and Working Groups

Do you want to get more involved in AFS leadership and want to find a way in? Consider joining a Committee or Working Group!
Committees and working groups research problems and implement projects, under the guidance of the Executive Board, to address matters of concern to the American Folklore Society. The AFS President appoints members to serve on committees — with the exception of the Nominating Committee, who are elected by AFS members.
