Sponsor an Event or an Item
Organize a “meet the author” book event, workshop, information session, or hosted meet and greet all your own. You can be creative about the content — we’ll provide the reception space or Zoom meeting, schedule listing, and in-conference promotion. - Lanyards $2800: (limited to one sponsor)
Your name and logo alternated with the AFS name and logo on the name tag lanyards that are distributed to every attendee.
- Tote bag or similar product: $3500 (limited to one sponsor)
Your name and logo printed on one side of the official conference tote to be distributed at registration. Includes the option to place one flyer or promotional item in each bag.
Exhibitors receive a complimentary virtual exhibit page.

A dedicated half table for your materials or floor space for a banner stand. Either is approximately 3’x3’. Ideal if you plan to attend the conference but prefer not to staff a table.
Claim your space in our virtual Showcase, where attendees can browse your description, statement, images or video, download your catalog, and contact you. This feature of our online conference hub is a great way to share information about your organization and links to your store or website. The Showcase will be viewable to all online visitors, not just in-person attendees, from June through December 31. We can suggest ways to customize your space to make the most of its features, including new networking options.
Place your banner ad or logo in the online program, the hub for all virtual and in-person events, with traffic from June through the live event, and continuing at least until the end of the year for on-demand, asynchronous access. Anyone can view the online program, not just registered attendees.

Add two or three eligible items to your cart and choose “pay by invoice.” We will send you an adjusted invoice before you pay. The opportunity to sponsor a specialty item such as a lanyard or a tote bag are not eligible for the packages.
