The American Folklore Society is excited to welcome members and guests to our upcoming Annual Meeting in Atlanta! To make this year a success, we’re seeking a limited number of enthusiastic volunteers to help with supporting the conference.

Volunteer Roles May Include:

• Assisting with registration and check-in
• Troubleshooting technical issues
• Providing support in session rooms
• Helping with special events or receptions
• Answering attendee questions and offering general hospitality

• Play an essential role in creating a welcoming and smooth-running meeting

• Receive a refund on your conference registration based on your volunteer hours

Volunteer Refund Tiers
4–7 hours → 50% refund
8+ hours → 100% refund
(Refunds will be processed after the meeting once shifts are completed.)
