Tips for Creating Accessible Virtual and In-Person Presentations

AFS strives to ensure that all meeting participants have equal opportunities to engage in and contribute to the annual meeting. The AFS Accessibility Committee developed the following guidelines for conference presenters to follow in order to make their work more accessible to all.

AFS asks all presenters to read and follow these guidelines whenever possible and to ask for assistance if needed.

Attend the AFS Accessibility Committee meeting on October 18 from 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m. to learn more about supporting accessibility for AFS and at the Annual Meeting.
