Sign Up Now to Volunteer at AFS Annual Meeting

**Update, 8/2/24: Thank you for the robust response to our call for volunteers! This is by far the biggest response we have received in recent memory. All volunteer spots are currently filled. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting this fall!**

This year, AFS is looking for in-person and remote volunteers! Volunteers who work 5 hours on-site or virtually will receive a full meeting registration refund or waiver.

In-person volunteers will work at the registration desk or in other capacities in Albuquerque (Nov. 6-9), and remote volunteers will serve as Zoom moderators for fully virtual sessions (Nov. 18-19) or otherwise work virtually in our conference platform. 

If you are interested in volunteering in either capacity, email annualmeeting@afsnet.org as soon as possible, since slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. We will follow up with volunteers to gather availability and provide a promo code for deferred registration payment.

After the meeting is over and all volunteer shifts are complete, we will close volunteers’ registration invoices without payment.
