Call for Nominations for the 2024 Election to the AFS Fellows

The AFS Fellows invites nominations for AFS Fellows from any member of AFS. Each nomination must be made by two people, at least one of whom must be a Fellow. A second nominator may be from the general membership.

For a description of the AFS Fellows and a list of Fellows, please go to this page on the AFS website. Nominees to the Fellows who were not selected last year will be automatically included on the 2024 slate. Please ask the person you would like to nominate whether they will accept nomination to the Fellows.

Nominations must include: 

• a letter of support from the two nominators, not to exceed one page
• a two-page cv for the nominee. 

The nomination period for the 2023 election of new Fellows is open from now until 11:59 pm on March 21, 2024. 

While you should identify the nominators in your email to the nomination committee, please do not include the names of nominators on any of the support materials. Please send these materials as pdfs or word docs, attached to an email, by 11:59 pm on March 15th to Robert Baron, Chair of the
