We thank all who joined us online or in Albuquerque for the 2024 AFS annual meeting! We want to hear about your experience, and we distributed our 2024 Participant Survey via email on November 26. The survey takes about 10–20 minutes to complete.

As part of our appreciation of your time taking this year’s survey, we have partnered with the University of Wisconsin Press for the Chicago Folklore Prize to offer you a discount on this year’s Prize winner. Andrew Peck won the 2024 Chicago Folklore Prize for his book Digital Legend and Belief: The Slender Man, Folklore, and the Media. The Chicago Folklore Prize is the oldest international award for excellence in folklore scholarship.
