The Annual Meeting Program is still growing, but you can start planning your meeting now! The information in the Fourwaves Conference Platform has already grown considerably since its first release. Though we may still add some more special events, there’s no time like the present to start bookmarking your must-see events, sessions, and papers.

Thanks to the efforts of our organizing committee, there are robust offerings throughout the conference, including a special program at the Center for Craft. Additional excursions before and after the conference, on Tuesday and Saturday, will be meaningful engagements with the region that offer reasons to extend your time in the mountains.

Not sure if you’ve registered? Go to the AFS Member Portal and look for Upcoming Events in the upper right. It will show you your status and give you a link to registration if you haven’t already done so.
New Ways to Access the Program
Now, you can also more easily access the program on your phone in the newly released Fourwaves app. Use the Conference Platform to take in the big picture on your larger screens, but enjoy more mobile functionality by downloading the free Fourwaves app in your app store. There are Tips for Navigating the Program and App in FAQ on the Conference Platform for help with how to manage these complementary tools.
For those who just prefer some of the affordances of the (digital) printable page, you may want to see the AFS2026 program in the Google docs listed below. The links can be used by anyone, not just Google users, to view the program laid out on a scaleable, printable page view. Search, scroll, or browse with internal navigation tools, and print as a pdf or on paper if you like. Because it is a Google doc, AFS staff can continue to make corrections to the files that will update to your view of the document in real time. Still, the Conference Platform is the single best source for the most current and complete program data.
