Additional Hotel Room Block Is Now Available for the 2026 Annual Meeting in Asheville

AFS is pleased to share details about an additional hotel, The Four Points by Sheraton, which is located directly across the street from the Renaissance. Reservations are open now.

The Four Points by Sheraton [Asheville – Downtown] is located at 22 Woodfin Street, across the street from the Renaissance Asheville Downtown Hotel (31 Woodfin Street), where our largest room block is located and where most of our conference sessions will take place.

For students and those traveling by car, the Four Points offers rooms at a lower rate and with amenities that may make your travel and time in the area easier. The hotel has doubles that can be shared and it can conveniently provide separate room receipts per occupant. Rooms include in-room refrigerators. Other amenities include free parking in their large lot, both an on-site fitness and business center, and complimentary access to the YMCA, located behind the hotel.

If you were hoping to stay throughout the weekend, and rooms are no longer available in our block in the Renaissance, consider a night or two at the Four Points as an option.
