Access Proposal Support for the 2024 AFS Annual Meeting

The 2024 AFS proposal window is open! We are eager to answer your technical questions about submission and hear about your ideas for programs at the 2024 AFS annual meeting in Albuquerque.

To facilitate proposal support and brainstorming during the submission window, we will hold periodic Office Hours over the next 5 weeks, at different times of day to accommodate different time zones. 

Our first Proposal Support Office Hours will be held tomorrow, March 6, at 1pm MST (3pm EST). Register now! We will have future Office Hours on the following dates:

• March 6, 1pm MST (3pm EST)
• March 13, 1 pm MDT (3pm EDT)
• March 27, 8am MDT (10am EDT)
• April 3, 6pm MDT (8pm EDT)
• April 10, 8am MDT (10am EDT) AND 2pm MDT (4pm EDT) 
  • ***EXTENDED DEADLINE FOR 2024***: The typical proposal window has been extended to midnight on April 10 to support submitters.

Start your proposal and check out our new submission system here! You can submit an incomplete proposal and come back to edit until the deadline, but you will need to fill in the required fields to save. Proposal submissions must be completed by April 10 to be considered by the Review Committee.
