AFS Works to Make the Annual Meeting Accessible

AFS News, Annual Meeting News
a pattern reminiscent of a quilt, with triangular shapes of yellow, red, purple, and bright blue, mixed with squares of black and white wavy lines

AFS works to ensure that our meeting is accessible to anyone who wants to attend, in part by supporting those who need financial assistance or ADA-related accommodations, and by offering a number of virtual presentation slots for those who can’t travel to our in-person meeting in Tulsa.

If registration fees might prevent your participation in the Annual Meeting, apply for a scholarship to reduce or eliminate the obstacle. Learn more about the options for financial support offered by AFS here.

Need to pay later? Choose to pay later by choosing “pay by invoice” at check out when you register.

On the other hand, if you can make a contribution now to help fund others’ access to the annual meeting, thank you!

Let us know now if you would like to request accommodations that will support your full participation in the conference. For best results, email us at [email protected] at least 60 days before the meeting. AFS selects only ADA-compliant meeting venues.
