Grants of up to $2,500 for organizations in South Arts' nine-state region (AL, FL, GA, KY, LA, MS, NC, SC, and TN) are available to make arts programs accessible to persons with disabilities. Applications are awarded on a rolling basis until May 15, 2024.

NABS 2023 Black Appalachian Storytellers Fellowships will provide six (6) $5,000 awards (with limited restrictions) to support experienced practitioners and culture bearers with opportunities to examine, research, develop, perform, and/or document the Black Appalachian storytelling tradition. The Rosenberg Bluegrass Scholar Award is an annual cash award, presented to the developing academic scholar who presents the best paper accepted by a juried academic conference on an aspect of bluegrass music.
